They are a predatory company. They made me believe they were with vizypay and they weren't. They said I got the wrong equipment and they were upgrading me. Turns out it was a lie. I notice money was be taking out of my account (with vizy pay it was a 44 dollar fee) but with this company I was getting charged 44 dollars plus 176 dollars and then the percentage on each transaction. When I got my 1099 form from vizy pay I notice that there hadn't been any transactions for most of the year. So I called the number and the lady and I had found out I had been scammed by optix merchant and a man named David Greer who also refused to answer my emails. So I had to shut down my bank account and everything. The lady at the bank also agreed that i had been scammed after she looked up their information I also contacted optix merchant prior and told them I wanted to cancel and even though at the beginning they assured me there were no cancelation fees they told me I had to pay 620 something dollars. When I told them I found out they were a scam I got hung up on. They also refused to send me return labels to return their machine unless I paid the bougus 6 hundred and some dollar fee. They are a predatory company and shouldn't be allowed to operate. I'm not the first person they scammed by the reviews I have read and it's so sad they have been able to get away with it. Resolution Sought I want my contract canceled, along with the bogus fees they lied about. They have obviously have a history of scamming people and shouldn't he able to operate. I really think they should shut down
