On Labor Day I went with my family member to OC mattress in city of orange I selected matter which was maverick medium and after I sign the contract he called his head main office to see if they have any ready and he said it may takes 2 to 3 weeks and I may have a heart procedure by 22 of this month if is not work for me can I cancel the contract he said okay any way it just a week and 3 days ago mattress was delivered my problem is this mattress the brand is the same But it look you sleep on the rocks when I called he said we told you and it is in contract you have to sleep on it for couple of weeks to be open and get softer I am 70 years old and naturally had several different bed I have never seen any thing like this I believe this matter has production problem my bone is not as strange as use to be when I called them to discuss the problem the man said I was in show room and we told you that how the mattress would be when I said no you did not disclose it to me and he suddenly said I will hung up on you you are dishonest I was a realtor for 30 years I am not one of realtor to be dishonest person otherwise by know I was a Rich realtor and did not need to go to OC mattress and look for inexpensive mattresses. I ask my brother in law that he was with me to help me to select a good mattress I ask him if there was any conversation regarding a mattress will be like a rock he said NO . I need your help to be able to get my money back .This is not a bed I wanted Resolution Sought I need your help for getting my money back. This is not the bed I pay for Plus they telling ME I am dishonest
