My property was destroyed by water damage from sprinkler system at Public Storage. I filed a claim on July 15,2023 . I sent all pictures as requested and received emails stating I would be contacted within 5 business days. However, I was only contacted only once on or about 8/29/2003. Since then I can't get nothing but a answering service. Resolution Sought I paid my premium for insurance on my property in case something happened and it did, so I went to be reimbursed for my damaged property.
