Went to get a new York inspection and the person there named William took parts off my car. And stated he saw a leak. Took the front cover of my vehicle when any other time I saw inspections being done they never take parts off a car. Only a wheel. They denied the inspection stayed I needed another part for my car and would not pass the inspection. Took my vehicle some where else and it was passed at time of inspection. Called formally village dodge to get a name of the person who did this and the head of service Ned Courtney would not give his name and said we are not doing this and hung up the phone on me. Resolution Sought Have better customer service and know what they are doing. During a new York inspection there is no reason to take parts off your vehicle to do an inspection.
