Paid them for sod replacement of our front lawn. That turned out good so far. We also paid them $240 to topsoil/seed/and fertilize a specific area in the backyard. That turned out terrible, and they refuse to correct THEIR mistake. We thought, with their being a supposedly reputable company, that they knew how to correct our deficient lawn area. NOT SO, and they will only correct their ineptitude if we pay them to do so. So, we have wasted our monies by hiring them to do what we now know they cannot do efficiently. A reputable Company would either reimburse us, or correct their badly done job! Resolution Sought Fix the job, at their expense, or refund our money.

Company states: I have emails proving that we did tell him that the seed might not grow. We also told them this in person. Also have emails telling them that we will do it half of our minimum charge for $300.

There was never Emails claiming that the seed might not grow, until after the work was done. That was in the Email stating that they would correct their mistake for $300, which would be addition to the over $325 we have paid for this "expert" service. At no time, even prior to the work, we're we told "in person" that the seed might not grow. Their irresponsible attitude leads us to believe they are obviously a disreputable company. We want a refund of our monies. If this is not done within a reasonable time, our only recourse may be litigation, i.e. a small claims court procedure.

we can refund them for the overseed that we had charged them for but we ask that they remove the Google review or any other negative reviews that they have left on our good standing company. And we ask that they take that down prior to the refund. And I will look into how much the overfeeding was charged at the time of service and refund only that portion. We left an extra bag of seed for them and Jake did mention that it might be hard to grow in person. He had mentioned that we can give it a try but no guarantees. Also did they water right after we left because seeds require lots of water.
