I had a drain pipe from my rain gutter placed in my ditch so it would drain right. and when Oregon Trails Asphalt extended my driveway and made it wider I told them to pipe the drain pipe into the culvert pipe so it will work right. Well he did not do that he just ran the culvert pipe in front of the other pipe and it does not work. I called Oregon Trail Asphalt, and they refuse to fix the problem. Now I need to spend more money to get it to work right. Resolution Sought I don't know if you can report them to their business license and to get the word out to others about their business practices.

Complainant contacted Oregon Trail Asphalt to come out and perform the work all in the same day. After the asphalt work was finished and completed the complainant called us back to have us come out and perform more additional work. During the second time out there doing more work her she STOPPED payment for the first scope of work we completed and had our bank account bounce. Weeks later after we completed the additional work she had us do she complained about the second half of the work we did. We told the complainant that she has a warranty on her driveway project and would be more then happy to come out and fix it. The complainant wanted to call a different contractor and pay more money to have someone else come out and fix the second additional part of the work we did. We came out in March to fix the problem she was not happy with. After we fix the additional work we did for her she was very happy and every thing was finished on our end and work was completed. The complainant and her husband both left us bad reviews on google Facebook market and network pros.
