I went to O Reilly in Kansas City Missouri for oil and filter the lady sold me the wrong filter and it fell out from the bottom of my car messing up my engine took it back for the right filter car wouldn't start up at this point engine messed up now i contacted corporate not too much of a help with them and now I missed days of work due to me not getting to work and behind on my rent because of it it inconveniences me lost wages no car my credit will be messed up because I towed the car people my car I was making payments on because they wanted me to be responsible for engine and car payments I'm not making payments on a car that's not running then the guy from corporate to to flip the blame on my mechanic it was the employee fault that sold me the filter not my mechanic he don't work there she does I was depending on the auto part store to give me the right filter now they want me to jump through hoops to file a claim on something their employee did Resolution Sought I been off work and no car so something to get another car or pay my rent up for a little not asking for nothing big no whole bunch of thousands or a big claim just a small claim for my inconvenience and lost wages. I'm trying not to get a lawyer on this I'm trying to work something out with them first if not I take to the next step
