I went in purchased brake pads for front and rear to my chevy equinox, that I have lifetime warranty on. The sales person gives me for a Hyundai kia. I take them to mechanic he installs. I have a warranty on brake pads since 2020. When i go back to return old brake pads. No refund is issued spoke with Hector store manager says he could not find my warranty, so i called the 1800 # and spoke with Tony he was able to find my warranty, but since sales person gave me brake pads front and rear for a kia, when I speciallically asked for 2011 chevy equinox. Hector store manager tells me ill refund you, you just have to return the wrong brake pads we gave you. I told him they are already installed in my car. Its going to cost me more to uninstall and to install the correct ones. He tells me, will theres nothing we can do for you then. They give me wrong brake pads because they failed to update their system and I'm out of 83$. Im just so upset. What some action to be done. Resolution Sought My refund if they want their wrong brake pads they gave me they can remove those from my vehicle. Or pay for labor to uninstall and labor for brake pads that i paid for.
