Work on their costumer service! I wouldn't even give them the one star.

I was trying to get a code read on me truck. 2 of the three people didn't know about the code reader, and the one that did know how could careless about helping me out, skipping me for people that just walked in. I asked him to come out and help me determine what part I needed out of the three that were showing on the screen. He didn't come out, so I just left. That was a complete hour to figure nothing out.
