Customer Complaint

I bought a complete engine in Feb. of 2021 did not get it until Aug 2021.They started the warranty before I got the engine. Less than 6months it lost compression they got me another one it failed in about the same amount of time. O'Reilly strung me along for over 3months only to tell me it was nothing they could do that it was out of warranty and that it was not installed by ASE mechanic. I was not aware of any of the stipulations. My car is still down now going on 4months. 70 years old on a super fixed income just wanted my money back. Customer service was next to nothing. The managers never called not once until after 3months only to say the matter was out of their hands. Resolution Sought I would like a refund because I had two engines to fail did not want to take a chance on another one.
