I was discretely charged $19.99 for the past four months, i emailed merchant regarding a refund since the lack of client awareness including poor practices - no email updates, notifications, opportunity to choose to cancel. The merchant refused to refund me, (I have the emails) they offered a partial refund for 1 of 4 months. I rejected and they charged me again! I want to do a charge back for the past 4 months and block the merchant. I expressed I would escalate this to my bank and the CPB Resolution Sought full Refund
