I went to the Orion Gas station located on Flagler and 114 Avenue. When we asked for the foods we were buying the lady working nightshift said there were no such potato chips but my husband went around the glass and they were there at full view. we were treated extremely rudely by this woman, as we tried to explain pointing out the chips. She threw them on the counter and when we asked for the sandwiches she became even more despondent yelling out " anything else?" In Spanish. I asked for a 2 Liter of coca cola and she seemed very angry walking as if she was offended that we would ask for something else. Upon returning the counter she stated " you are driving me crazy"! I was taken aback by such attitude I've never encountered any rudeness by anyone in that gas station. I calmly told her we were simply buying food' and when she passed my card to pay she immediately said " its declined " in Spanish. That wasn't possible, so i asked her to please try again. Alas she returned the card and gave us the food, This is not the first time this occurs as when my husband went there one week ago and was told by the same woman " "Spanish Spanish Spanish!" This is Miami you need speak Spanish!". My husband left without the sugar he had gone to buy. My main complaint is the woman is getting paid for doing a job while treating clients in a rude and racist fashion. Today is August 24th and the incident took place at about 1Am.
