Contracted in November 13, 2020. To purchase and lay Exotica 394 luxury vinyl plank flooring, and remove island in kitchen and replace with granite. Supposed to be done by December 20th, 2020. He called and could not make it, said he would start 1st of January 2021. Came in January tore up kitchen, left uncovered live wire in plug, pulled up carpet, left me with nowhere to sit, on cold dirty concrete floors till February, a month later. Wouldn't answer texts or phone. Came back did part of flooring, ran out, had to go order more. Won't answer now for another month. Did not finish baseboards in all rooms. Did not finish one room at all. No flooring or baseboards.. I Hired another floor company, who has to fix the awful job he did on flooring cut too short and sloppy. He gave me a $200 cheaper sink then I picked.. cut the edges of granite wrong.. did not put in garbage disposal.. left a plug unfinished,, left it a hot wire.. He won't answer texts or phone now. I told him there will be no more money paid out to him. He is fired. It's now May, 6 months later. I don't want him to stress out, take money from, cheat, anyone else and mess up a job like this again. I will also call "abuse against seniors." I am 72 and don't need this distress and suffering. Resolution Sought Put him out of business. Get my money back. Give him a rating of 0. Don't t let anyone hire him again
