If I reviewed them 3 years ago, I would have given them 5 stars. However since then, I have found out how unprofessional they really are..... Orlando Water Inc. installed a reverse osmosis water filter system, for my whole house. This was done in 2020 and I spent approximately $20,000.00. In October of 2022, the system stopped supplying water to my house. I went to the system and did a temporary fix, by jumping a couple of wires. I then called Orlando Water Inc. to properly fix the situation. They had 2 techs come out on 10/10/2022. The techs came out, looked at my system and stated, the company no longer sells whole house systems and they did not know how to work on this system and walked away. I called the company several times for help, but they would never return my calls. Finally, after about a month, they had an old tech (that no longer works for them) come out. He was one of the techs that originally installed the system. He said I needed a sensor and he'll contact me in a week. He never contacted me. I again called the Orlando Water and then they said they would call back and never did. I couple of weeks later I received a bill in the mail for $140, for service on 10/10/22. I called them, explained the situation and that nothing was ever done. They told me they would investigate and call me back... they never did. this has happened at least 5 more times. Now I'm getting a bill every month. And this is where I am now, with my system still "hot wired" and I'm afraid t Resolution Sought Remove the charge.

Problem with well that I resolved. Needed OW inc to reseed tanks to filter water. Sent incompetent tech who did not sample water at house. Sampled at well head. Said still had sand in water. NEW sand filter working fine. There is no sand coming Into house. Tech supposed to return today. No show. Now can't get anyone here until Thursday. I am done with Orlando Water. Incompetent tech. Resolution Sought Send another tech tomorrow. I'm tired of being unable to shower, cook, wash clothes.

Per consumer, Unit was serviced and put back online. Numerous techs worked on unit. Dennis is the only tech who knew the correct way to fix the problem. They need to train their techs nationally.
