Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Customer Complaint

I ordered an item from this company in March. The item was delayed because they sold out and had to restock. In April, my order was delivered damaged. The box was already opened and the bottle was broken in pieces. Someone put the broken bottle in bubble wrap and the product leaked all over the damaged box. I asked to get another order of this expedited or a refund. They emailed saying they would send another order out the next day. It's now June and still haven't received the item and customer service will not respond to my emails. They have sent no response regarding a refund or if they shipped the replacement item. Bad business altogether. I've never experienced this in my life. Resolution Sought Refund my money. I don't even want the item or a discount on another item.

We need the customer’s order number. Also we provide shipping protection for this reason available on our site but we wanted to make it right for the customer. A damage package is out of our control especially if there was no shipping protection bought.

The order number was provided several times via the customer service email. Once again, the order number is 13661. At this point, I would prefer a refund.
