I bought a car from Orr Cadillac and traded my Nissan Juke for it. They took the left over debt and rolled over on my car I have now and gave me no credit for it at all because I know it was worth more than the payoff. Then they sold me the Cadillac I have now and I am trying to sell it and I can't because it says I have another loan on it from the previous owners Morrison, Alton Greg or Shelle with ally bank. I am so upset. I was so screwed over by this dealership. Not only that but the car has been in and out of the dealership and been a lemon to me from day one. On top of me paying a car note I had to pay a warranty and full coverage insurance. Every time the car goes in the shop or dealership it was $650-1000's of dollars on my part. I want to sell the car now after I made repairs and I cannot because I don't know how the car has someone else's loan on my car and I registered it. It makes no sense to me. I refuse to pay their loan, whoever it was. I am so mad I want to sue them for this wrong doing. Resolution Sought I want rid of this car. I don't want it. I want to sell it and I can't until the dealership does something about this major screw up on their behalf . This is illegal and needs looked into asap. I am so upset wasting money on a car and it would never be mine if they did this to me.
