While shopping for a new car I was mislead that they did not receive new cars at the time and I had to choose from used stock for the best deal. I felt pressured into a rush decision. After guided decision on a car I was asked to wait for the finance manager. Once I was seated I was rapidly bombarded with paper after paper far to quickly process. I was then given some paperwork to take with me. This occurred on 11/6/2021. On 11/10/2021 I realized I did not have any copies of anything that I signed. I contacted the dealership and was told to come in. Upon arrival I had to wait on the finance manager because no one else could help me. The finance manager gave me a copy of sales contract and said that was all I needed and all he could provide me and that I would be mailed anything else. He said that nothing in the contract could be changed. The listed price of the 2017 Altima was 17190 on the windshield. On the contract it is 18125. No one can explain how 17190 escalated to total sale price of 29403 also I paid 3000 cash down. Had I known I would have shopped for a nicer newer vehicle. Resolution Sought That the dealership take ownership of this overcharge and make an open fair and honest deal. I do not like being treated with incredulity when asking for something so simple.
