They did not correctly diagnose my washer and forced my wife to pay when I (husband) was not home. Another appliance repair company believes parts may have been stolen or damaged in my machine because my wife wouldn't pay for their excessive prices to repair. Resolution Sought Refund my money and shut their door permanently
