Denied well being appointments

I made an appointment for a well being appointment with a dr. from Route 91, Peoria. Later I found out that it was coded as medical, even if nothing happen to justify this. I am tired of this place, they are denying us the well being appointment on a regular base. On top of that the Head Office who is supervising those Medical Centers doesn't bother to contact us. Totally lack of respect and professionalism. On top of today's stress caused by Corona virus we had to deal with them threatening us with collection agency and law suits. Hope everybody who sees this and is affected by the same procedure to act and complaint, our rights for a well being appointment once a year are denied.
