I ordered their spy camera on July 23, 2022 (order # 16461) but I could not get it to work. I followed their enclosed instructions and even went on YouTube to try to get it to work but could not. I asked for my money back and a return shipping label but they have refused my request stating that I had to send them a step by step video of how I connected it to my system. I sent them a video, from my iPhone, showing them how it was set up even showing them my router and that it had the required 2.4 ghz WiFi ban but Chico Dennis still would not submit my refund request! I have set up my own home security system ( which I showed them) and have a 4.0 gpa in computer science with over 40 years electrical experience (work for DOD and a Vietnam Veteran) so I know how to connect security cameras. Lastly, their attachment will only allow a small amount of video footage so it's no way I could upload a step by step video on setting up a camera that would not work! I never could see the camera on the app they recommended! I just want my money refunded back to me and a label to send them this defective camera that I can't use. Resolution Sought Return my money back to me.

The product was wrong. I emailed the company they told me in exact words We really appreciate you putting your trust in our services. Unfortunately, we cannot be able to fulfill your request for a return as all information about the camera is posted on our website to help the customers get an idea of the product prior to purchasing. The smoke detector camera comes with a charging cord and of course, can be hardwired but you need to connect it to an AC/circuit set up on the ceiling to make it work. I was able to escalate your concern with our fulfillment center about your order and they will allow the return of your package for a full refund as long as the unit is in the same condition it was received. It should be also in its original packaging. Moreover, negative reviews about our products should be removed in any form. Please let us know.

We have provided the customer with a return label for the unit she wishes to return however she hasn't returned the unit back to us. We have been more considerate from the start and even extended to waive our policies for the customer to return his items and process her request but all we received are unfavorable demands and negative feedback.
