30+ days, still no order sent
The only way to contact them is by phone. There is NO email or online form for questions or problems. I ordered an electric toothbrush over a month ago and the email said "We will update you when your order is shipped." STILL WAITING. UGH.

this is the worst company
I ordered on January 4th. It is March 5th and I am still waiting for my order. The tracking number tells me this package is in Georgia. I contacted them last month and they are clueless. I contacted them again today and they are telling me to give it 24-48 more hours. Well, sure! It has been 2 months. So, I should have the package by Monday? LOL, instead of checking into it and making it right, I have to wait more time! What a joke this company is.
