Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. I signed a year contract with OTR Capital,with that year they sold out to OTR Solutions,without my company Grays Hotshot LLC even being told about this ,well there account team Meagan Yeayen,would not cash a invoice I turned in ,so next day she called me and told me they wanted out of the contract ,so I started hunting another company to buy out my contract ,well the next thing I no they take the check that they wouldn't cash and held it .I filed a complaint with the BBB and Grace told me if I didn't take the complaint down she wouldn't cash anymore invoices. Well I did and she lied ,she now has a 800 $ invoice from a company DCV that has cleared and OTR will not give me my money saying I have a complaint filed against me by another broker for damage to a car And the are asking 1900$ for the damage that has yet to be proved was by my company, but OTR is holding my money because they are brokers for RCG and they think if they hold my money I will pay for the damages I didn't cause . Resolution Sought Give me my 800$ and I only have until July till my contract is up so I can let it run out but I want my money
