We prepaid to have our driveway sealed with otter seal. Our son did also. We have used this company before and were pleased. They are a local company with great reviews. We have left numerous messages on the phone as well as many emails. No response?? Feel really bad to complain to the BBB but am worried they won't return our calls or emails. Wished we hadn't prepaid now. Resolution Sought Just return our messages and let us know when they plan to come. No hurry but would like them to answer our messages. Or just return our money and we'll get another company.
