Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I have yet to receive on- line purchase although it's been over a month. Sent multiple emails never getting a response asking why. Resolution Sought Either the product I ordered or refund.

Ordered petcard on Oct. 24,2022. Order was received and I was charged email said USPS would ship my order. Never heard back and no response to emails. Phone number also doesn't respond. Would like a refund or send my order. Resolution Sought refund money or expedite my order.
