A couple of years ago I purchased a toaster oven from them, the drip pan and grill have become unable to be cleaned properly, so I called and asked for a replacement, they stated unless I have an order number they can not assist replace an item. They can't even help me, I am willing to pay, but they stated they do not do replacements without an order number. Resolution Sought A replacement part that I am willing to pay for
