I dropped my car off to get checked because I was in a accident and the shop I took the car to didn't have the equipment to fully check my car. They were supposed to call me so we could make the next move. They fixed my car. I called at least 20 times and went up the business. They girl I worked with Jordan said she told them what I said there was a misunderstanding. But they won't give me my car back. I told them I was gonna take them to court cause they holding my car hostage for a mistake they made. They told me pay 300 and I for financial help for 500 and they would give my car back. I paid the 300 and they took another week and now they say my car is making a noise. I drove my car in there it was not making any noise. They just called me today saying my car Is done but making noise .they had my car for almost three months for a minor repair. They would send me a text so l can pick my car up, so I would have to call out or leave early because I work 7-7 and they close at 530 6 o'clock. Resolution Sought I would like my car returned without me having to pay for bad work. The car is in worst shape now and they cost me money I can't even compute cause I could not start my driving job without my car. I don't wanna go to court but I will.

I brought my car in 2018, my car stated giving me trouble in 2021, the check engine light keeps coming on. They claimed they fixed the problems, several months late it started coming on more , like every 3 to 4 weeks.,we take it back each time, they claim to fix the problem,we get the same answer every time.This last time they kept my car for a week. On 12-27-2021 we got our car back, on 1-2-2022,the light is back on. Every time I call ourisman it seems they are taking there time calling me back, we believe we are getting the run a round.We spoke the the assistant service manager the last several time Keisha Clark. I call her this morning she has not returned my call yet,it is now 8:20 am,I called at 7:15 am. Is there anything that can be done about my car problem,please help me out., I am on a set income and I am 67yrs.old and will be 68 0n 1-9-1954,we should not be treated like no one cares what is wrong with my car, would this a lemon? Resolution Sought to let me know my right as far as a lemon law and what the company can do as far a replace car of giving me my money back that I put into it. We both have several doctors appointment. Every time my car needed a oil changed we took it there, for all the maintenance problems that was due,we took it there Sometimes it was under warranty and other times it was not. How many time should you have to take a car back from the place you purchase it , in order for them to fix it right. I do volunteer work
