I am absolutely furious with this dealership. I took my truck in for brake service and was hit with a $1,500 bill for what they claimed was a full brake and rotor job. Less than a month later, my brakes were completely shot--metal on metal. When I returned, they had the audacity to tell me they had no idea why my brakes wore out so quickly and insisted the only option was to pay another $1,100 for a new set." I needed my truck for work, so I was forced to pay up, but this whole situation reeks of a scam. The manager was utterly useless, claiming he and his techs were clueless about what happened. To make matters worse, I filed a complaint with GMC, and two months later, I've heard nothing. They even tried to twist my complaint, saying I brought the truck back after three months instead of three weeks, just to close the case. It's clear to me now that GMC and this dealership are working together to screw over customers. Resolution Sought Reimbursed me for my second break job because I don't believe they did the first or Allow me a free break job

I purchased a vehicle on April 19, 2023 from Ourisman Chevrolet. I filed complaint because the sales person at Ourisman Chevrolet failed to put the third row seats head rest and mats in the vehicle. I've made several calls and pleaded with them to fix this situation and have been ignored. My first complaint was more detailed but it was lost so this what I have at this point. The headrest is considered a vehicle safety equipment and the vehicle should not have been sold with out them. I even went to their sister dealer (Mitsubishi) and spoke with the manager there for assistance and was told that I could purchase the headrest and mats at half price that would of cost me 320.30 each for the headrest and 154.95 each for the mats if I wanted and that was all he could do. I don't believe they would have ignored a man in this manner nor dismissed him in this way. I feel defeated and taking advantage of. Resolution Sought I would like for them to supply the vehicle with the proper headrest/ required safety equipment and mats that belong in the vehicle.
