I purchased a vehicle that was in an accident and was never on the car fax when purchasing the vehicle. I had the vehicle for about 6 months at first there were no issues, but after about the 4th month of having it I noticed a noise in the suspension. When I got the vehicle inspected at another Chrysler, jeep and Dodge dealer. It was bought to my attention by the mechanic that it had been in an accident due to several things that were noticed. Over spray in the wheel welds, orange peel and different coloration in the paint from the quarter panel to the doors. Lastly the frame being bent which caused the wheels to make a noise on the suspension. This issue should have been caught from the original dealer I purchased the vehicle from. Resolution Sought Pay back the money I had paid for the vehicle also take the repossession off of my credit report

This customer purchased two vehicles from that dealership sp we dp not know which is being referenced. That does not matter as CarFax is not affiliated n any way with our company and we do not warranty the accuracy of this seperate company. Both vehicles were used cars.

Return to me my 2005 infinity FX 35 that I trade in for a new car that was given to me. And also that they returned the finances company (Global Lending services money that was taken for a car that wasn't given to me back. Resolution Sought My desired outcome from this is to get my trade in car back since the vehicle I trade for wasn't given to me, and also that my name be clear of my name from the credit bureau. Right now I can't get a vehicle finance because of the new car repo no dealership want to give me a vehicle or car loan.
