All I want to do is exchange this article of clothing for a larger size. They won't answer their customer service phone after leaving you in hold for about 5 minutes then the recording says they're busy. I went to their returns and exchange website several times and entered all my information. They come up in the screen my article of clothing yet when I pushed the proceed button nothing happened and I waited and waited for it to take....but nothing. I then sent them and email through their portal (which is the only way to contact them that way) stating what I wanted and all I got was this letter back that they send to everyone. You cannot talk to a person and they won't return calls. I'm frustrated!! Resolution Sought Make their online return site work or call me back. All I want to do is exchange the item for a larger size. That's all I promise!
