I took my pickup truck a 2003 Dodge Ram 3500 5.9 Diesel to Brett Marshall the owner of overall truck and trailer repair. He told me he could fix my truck so I left it there he called me around noon and said the truck would be done the next day. so the next day he called me and told me the truck would be done at the end of that business day which was on a Saturday and if I could bring him $1,100 down that's what it took to fix the truck but he needs it by noon so he can have his secretary take it to the bank and deposit the money. so that's what I did, I got my receipt saying I paid $1,100 for parts and labor to get my truck fixed at the end of that business day I went to get my truck it drove good for 6 miles and then started acting up again I barely made it home but when I did I called a tow truck and used my money to have my truck towed back to Brett Marshall shop he let it sit out in the lot for one week said he could not get to it the very next week he got it in called me again and said it would be done at the end of that business day I went down there and got my truck it did the same thing drove good for a few miles and then died out I called him he would not accept my business anymore and he would not give me any type of refund he was calling me all types of names he was threatening me. Resolution Sought I just simply want my truck fixed or some type of refund even a partial refund I understand he spent money on parts to put on my truck and I told him he could keep that money I just wanted some type of money back I paid $1,100 and my truck is worse now than what it was when I took it to his shop.

Company's letter states: Customer failed to tell you that thre was all kinds of foreign matter in the gas tank which would end up in the engine and people dont work on vehicles like that any furhter questions please call.
