OGD.com installed a garage door for me several months ago and has not been good since. I keep calling for warranty appointments and they always don't show up or cancel. When i call to ask why they always have an excuse and always just want to reschedule, but they do the same thing again and again. Today I had an appointment from 10-12 no one called or left message. I call them at 12:30 they said technician had a big install and I'm just a warranty. I get it as a warranty they lose money, but i paid $2,200 for a good new garage door. Manager was rude to me over the phone. He just said i can set u up another appointment, but that is all i said that was unfair they should of called me to cancel the appt. I waited 2 hours for nothing had to miss work because the only appointments they give me are early weekday appointments. They state they don't work weekends but when i installed my door they did it on a Saturday! I am requesting $1,000 dollars because the other company that came out the same day quoted me $1,300 to fix the door that was not installed correctly in their professional opinion. Resolution Sought I would like the company to pay the other company to fix the issues with my garage door since they refuse to come out and fix their mistakes in the amount of $1,000
