We ordered the garage door June 24 2021. They tell us a different times and never bring a door we asked for our down payment back of 1000.00 they said they can't do that. I have fought mice in my house and garage I explained that too him. On November 2 and on Nov 8 Joe Flowers said they didn't have the insulated door but they would bring out a door and insulate it later. They haven't contacted us nor have they brought any door our. The number we have been given is 417-343-9183. Plus 417- 862-9338 spoke to a Debbie. . We want the door we ordered or our money back there are other places who have doors available. Resolution Sought Get the insulated door in and give us out downpayment back.
