My garage door that I purchased from Lowes was delivered to this company 6 weeks ago and they resold my door that was already paid for to someone else. My brand new garage is now filled with snow and they refuse to give me my door that is paid for in full. I will file a police report if this isn't resolved in the next week Resolution Sought Give my my garage door that they stole!!!!

Company states; Enclosed you will find documentation stating that this claim by Mr. Hayes is fabricated and false. Overhead Garage Door was never delivered Mr. Hayes garage door from Lowe's or Wayne Dalton. The garage door was scheduled to ship to us on 2/12/24. Documents: 1) Email trying to contact Mr. Hayes to discuss the BCA Complaint. We also called twice but it went to VM and his mailbox was full. Mr. Hayes, who is listed in the complaint did not actually purchase the garage door from Lowe's, instead his contractor Haynes Cabinet and Trim did. Mr. Hayes has never called our office to discuss where his door was. Haynes Cabinet & Trim ordered another door for a different customer around the same time as Mr. Hayes. That door arrived before Mr. Hayes door, and we delivered this door to Haynes Cabinet & Trim on 12/27/23. 2) Email explaining the process to Mr. Hayes and the forwarded email from the manufacturer stating that we did not receive his door because they never shipped it as it was to be shipped 2/12/24. 3) Email explaining the communication Haynes Cabinet & Trim from our installer portal. This Contractor knew the dates for the shipments and if there was a problem then he should have contacted the Lowe's store and communicated to his client, Mr. Hayes, what the correct delivery date was. This claim should be removed from our BCA profile due to fabricated and false claims. Thank you, Overhead Garage Door, Inc.
