I have had 2 cars towed from my apartment complex. One rental car an my new truck. The office was closed for the Thanksgiving holiday an I had no idea on how to reach someone about was going on. When I called the towing the company, the young lady was extremely rude an short with me. Like, how was I supposed to know that all I had to do was call them an let them know? So, I have paid $240 twice for vehicles that was towed. Resolution Sought Refund.
