I made the mistake of prepaying for a service. but was assured if I changed my mind I would be refunded. I have requested a few options for them to resolve which I was told they needed to speak to their corporate office. That was almost a month ago. Now I was told the woman handling this matter is on vacation. I also signed up for a membership and since requested to cancel and now they are saying I need 30 days or they will charge me. Please help . Resolution Sought I would like a full refund for the prepaid service that I didn't get or want and not to be charged for another mouth membership bc I no longer want to do business with this company!
