I bought a house in the year of 2000 from the Owensville banking company they financed it they financed it price was 28,800 time financed come to fifty eight thousand I have all or most of my bank notes loan number marked out dates marked out they tried to charge me $107,075 from my home when paid in full that's not so I have most of my payment history that Charlie kissing would give me I need all of my bank records from 2000 cuz I am trying to take this bank to court they have done me wrong he's foreclosed the place only appraised for $12,500 on the courthouse steps February 13th Charlie kissing put a private bid in of 21,000 just to get me out of my home me and my husband both are disabled draw social security and living in a camper now because of him Charlie Kissick dropped my homeowners insurance 10,000 dollars without me knowing it burnt my house burnt in 2007 made me leave Owen 12,000 to the bank but I have no records from the bank stating that the insurance has been deducted from my amount please help clear this up I am trying to get a lawyer now to get my records all of them and take the bank to court for wrongdoing or fraud he evicted me and gave me two days to get out this is not right God please help. Resolution Sought Refund me money they over charged me and pay me for my suffering give me my money back I have over paid I am living in a camper trying to I was told I can get him elder abuse also my husband has a trake in his neck and feeding tube in his belly and on oxygen 24/7 need to get rid of Charlie he does not know how to do math yes Pam Wardlow was my loan officer but she had to get the ok from Charlie on doing loans she lost her job when we FDIC was contacted and came in there found money missing befor
