She just ignores us like she didn't hear us

I'm writing this complaint cause every time me and my girlfriend will go to the casino to gamble and have a drink we ask her for a drink and she just ignores us like she didn't hear us but she will serve everyone around me and my girlfriend we can be in there for hours and not get a drink we talked to manager and wrote complaints on her still nothing so I hope you can help cause I have a feeling that it cause me and my girlfriend are native american please help. She needs to be let ho fired cause she is rude ?
