I have been with the company for 2 years, they state they will pay for oil change and tire rotations, but they make you pay and reimburse you, they have a credit card so they can pay for it at time of service, but the claim the terminal is always down, so you have to pay out of pocket and wait for a reimbursement. they are not late for taking money for monthly fees- I have asked them to remove my account from auto pay for over 6 months and they refuse to do so. Resolution Sought to remove my account from auto pay and to honor what they say and pay for the services up front.

I've literally paid thousands of dollars to ox car care for an extended vehicle warranty. They have promised to issue us refunds for oil changes, etc. which they have not done. Last year I brought my vehicle in for a computer issue. They refuse to coverage. I was stuck paying thousands of dollars to have that repaired. Now I drop my car off a week ago at the repair shop and after seven days I receive a text that ox car care has denied my claim. They are nothing more than a scam and have stolen thousands of dollars from me as well as several other consumers according to the Internet. I have attempted to call them after being on hold for 48 minutes. I hung up and called back and then after 29 more minutes was disconnected. I called back and spoke to customer. Service was treated. Very rudely actually called names laughed at and hung up on. Resolution Sought I want my premiums refunded from day 1. They're a huge scam
