I was told by the Customer Service Rep that I had thirty days to decide if I wanted to keep the policy. But he did not tell me that the $75 was non-refundable. I cannot use any of the services until I make the first monthly payment and it does not cover what I need covered. This is a dishonest company and I would recommend that no one does business with them. Resolution Sought Refund me the $75 they took charged to my card.

I contacted ox car care about extended warranty for three of my car February 5 2024 and I stated the money want be in my account until Friday February 9 2024 after 3 pm and was told they give you 30 days to decide about the plan and money back guarantee what happened they went into my account Thursday night and try to take the money out and lock up my account and I received a phone call somebody were trying to take money out of your account.so I call them Friday morning to cancel my service with them for not keeping there agreement we made and they we would the policy and don't worry we want take no money out of your account but they did take out 235.00 dollar out anyway and told me they can't refund my full amount money back something needs to be done about these lying company ripping customer off . Resolution Sought I want my full refund back right now
