I've literally paid thousands of dollars to ox car care for an extended vehicle warranty. They have promised to issue us refunds for oil changes, etc. which they have not done. Last year I brought my vehicle in for a computer issue. They refuse to coverage. I was stuck paying thousands of dollars to have that repaired. Now I drop my car off a week ago at the repair shop and after seven days I receive a text that ox car care has denied my claim. They are nothing more than a scam and have stolen thousands of dollars from me as well as several other consumers according to the Internet. I have attempted to call them after being on hold for 48 minutes. I hung up and called back and then after 29 more minutes was disconnected. I called back and spoke to customer. Service was treated. Very rudely actually called names laughed at and hung up on. Resolution Sought I want my premiums refunded from day 1. They're a huge scam

I got the service around two months ago we set up auto pay and then they cancelled on me saying it was my bank it's not my bank!I called yesterday trying to get my 149$back he said not refundable they lied and kept my money Resolution Sought Refund my money
