We are 2 senior citizens living on a disability pension. My husband is 100 disabled from the Vietnam war. We are trying to sell a timeshare we own in PuertRico at Haciendda Del Mar. we were working with an agent named Marc Price216-744-8542. We signed a contract that stated NO HIDDEN FEES OR CLOSING COSTS. WE SAW AN ESCROW ACCOUNT SET UP FOR US WITH $41,000 in it. Marc asked us to wire him $1700. For a title search and transfer. Everything looked legitimate. Then he said we had to wire bank of American $2900.00 for closing costs. Yesterday we realized he scammed us when he asked for $3690.00 . We told the company, oxcidental global we could not afford this and we want our money back. The so called legal department said "good luck " and it will take up to 90 days. That is taking food out of our mouths. I sent several more texts and email to them and to the escrow company and have gotten no response. Please help us we are desperate. Resolution Sought Return our $3600.00
