Rolled over a 401K to a Self-directed IRA. 12/23 Purchased precious metals for transfer to Dallas TX depository. The Gold was never delivered and Equity Trust has the amount listed as "unsettled metals. Oxford Gold Group is not answering calls. Resolution Sought We want our money returned to us, including the increased value of Gold which is also part of our loss at this time.

Customer Complaint

7/5/2024

Transferred our existing IRA to Oxford Gold Group for a gold IRA in 2022. Since Oct 22, we have no gold distributed to Equity Trust into our account to reflect this amount. We have gotten multiple sales people, staff and even spoke with the president etc yet nothing has been accomplished. There an always an excuse per email or phone as to why the gold is still not sent to Equity. Equity trust has very helpful but can not do so much on their end. To us and anyone, the two year wait looks like our large sum of money has been confiscated, mismanaged for personal use etc by Oxford Gold Group. Resolution Sought Pay the money wired to open the original IRA back to us
