OYO Hotel complaints

We checked into this so called hotel and I have never seen anything so graphically horrid in my life. This building should be condemned most of the windows on the floor or unit line where we were scheduled to stay had broken windows some were broken in some were broken out. My husband cut his foot on a piece of glass. The pool area has not been tended and maybe four or five years so it's black and moldy and full of mosquitoes the fences broken down weeds are knee high there was no phone in the room there was no towels there was no washcloths the bottom of the bathroom rather best hit floor sunk in three to four inches while I stood on it I understand this is a high drug dealing area I've already consulted the Wadsworth police. This place is nothing like it she doesn't slips slight completely different filthy and smell the urine however we're on a motorcycle and just had to have a place to sleep it was filthiest dirtiest place I've ever seen if you would like me to send you pictures I will be happy I have spoken to local Wadsworth police and they are urging me to call the zoning committee and this place has absolutely no business being in business I cannot believe the room we stayed in I would not let a stray cat stay in there speaking which I work for the humane society and I'm calling them and Wadsworth because there were many many cats and kittens who are starving and homeless and this place is just riddled with problems I cannot believe the young lady had to stay in a room Resolution Sought My desired outcome is obviously to have my $59.41 return to me. However in the meantime somebody's going to be hurt or killed here and once again I have the photographs to prove it this is the worst of the worst a homeless shelter looks better than this and I mean bad and I don't usually complain about things condemned bad bad bad bad and I would love to speak with someone who could perhaps help me with this issue thank you
