Long distance move from Brooklyn, Ny to Fla..Horrible service..Broke a brand new dinette set, Pics are recorded Lost a Television set..It appears my furniture was tossed around or dropped....Poor communication, promises, promises, going on 2 weeks with no resolution..I'm not one to complain but this company should not be in business treating anyone this way..Poor service on the back end ...Rude switchboard, dismissive of the issues...They just do not care.. Resolution Sought I want $ 1100..for my broken Dinette set which they already have pics as well as my new T.V that just vanished ..Moving people on the south side of this nitemare should be fired for telling me that I'm stressing him out.."Are u kidding me?..I'm a retired trucker and would never treat people the way I'm being treated I would like this resolution done asap...I'm done with being dismissed for 2 weeks..Let's keep it at that for today...

We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience. He was responded to promptly and courteously. He initially contacted customer service on 12/ 13 and the refund was issued on 12/20, within 7 days. The customer only has basic valuation, $.60 per pound per article; under the circumstances he was entitled to approximately $60. We settled his claim with a significant courtesy ($400), and as an added courtesy we refunded the amount directly to his credit card so he would not have to wait for a check. He had the option to wait for the television, he preferred the payment. We consider this matter closed.

I wrote this review prior to settling .I'm satijsfied with the compensation and they did do the right thing however they certainly can get a bit better workers that give a crap about people's belongings so that the next person doesn't go thru the same as me..
