We hired this company to install an above ground pool in May of 2022. They gave a date on when they'd be able too and never showed up or called. We would call them upwards of 2 to 3 times a week and they would tell us oh they were busy and would say we'll start next week. This happened over the course of the whole summer. Never showing up and never calling to let us know they weren't coming. We called them on July 12, 2022 and they said they were ready to start putting the pool in we just needed to order rock and sand which will be delivered in two business days. We paid $575.00 for the rock and sand that day. Two days past no delivery, a week past no delivery. This continued through August. We notified them that we know longer want their service and asked for a refund. The secretary said she'd put in a request for refund and still October 25, 2022 and no refund. We've called several times asking about our refund with no reply. If this matter isn't taken care of we will take them to small claims court as we have all the texts and receipts of what was said and what is owed. Resolution Sought Give us a full refund of $575.00
