My wife surprised me with a new pool cue, she ordered it on January 1st it arrived 2 weeks later and was damaged Nick's all over the end of the queue so she sent an email complaining about the damage 4 days later we still had no email back so I called the company and the woman told me that they didn't get to my email yet and that I needed to submit pictures of the damage so they can send me out a return label so I did so here it is the 19th of January and I still have not received a return label or an email back from this company Resolution Sought I would like a refund I don't trust this company to not send me another junk pool stick
