I gave the mechanic 2,400 dollars for the Chrysler 300 first 1,400 with cash then 1,000 through cash app he told me it's a one day job I said okay and I gave him the first payment he said he will have it done when it's done I'll give him the last bit of money but he spent 1 month working on other cars then when he got to mine he had it running but had a few problems so I waited after another month he went on vacation I'm calling asking about my car but he told me he's on vacation so I left him alone for a min then after a couple weeks I called again and to my surprise he was still on vacation which lasted a month and a half I told him that I'm spending 1560 just getting around and he didn't care he got off of vacation and went to moving his house which taking another month, that's 1560 in 3 months he told me I would have to wait to he get done but I'm telling him I can't do it I bought a car so I can avoid spending so much but he didn't care then tried to threaten me asking me where I'm at saying he's gonna smack me as I'm talking to him like a adult now when I say I want my money back he said no refund at all. Resolution Sought Just give me my money back and hardship expenses.
