In the year 2023 I bought a Frigidaire refrigerator from PC Richards since then I have had several problems with this product I did buy an extended warranty. I have had several calls to take care of the problem nothing has worked Everything freezes in the refrigerator foods have frozen and unable to use. Being a diabetic I cannot use any more. I have taken two bags of frozen food to my closest PCRichards at that point they put in for a replacement but that did not work either. The last time they put parts in was December 19, 2025 . In less than a week the issue remained Times called more than four times Resolution Sought A replacement of another Brand
