Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Consumers are encouraged to take into consideration the company's CRI, their overall BCA letter rating and other relevant information about the company so they can make a well-informed purchasing decision.

I signed up for a coaching program on 4/26/2024 and the inital deposit was 2000. The owner and her VP advised that they would provide financing which would be monthly and they would reach out to get that set up; However the only thing i received via email was a contract for me to sign. I emailed them on 4/30 & received no reply until i emailed them again today requesting my money back because of lack of service and no honoring their word. When i put the 2k down, they didn't advise on what type of financing and they weren't quick to disclose any info. All i knew was that i would be able to pay monthly with financing. When i emailed asking about my money back, they quickly responded. They tried to set up a financing call on Monday but they only gave us 10 days to make our next payment. This is the second time their word wasn't honored and i believe on giving chances. The first time they put in writing that we had until 10am est to buy a program because after 10am out would go up. I tried paying at 9:47 and the price had ALREADY gone up. When i emailed them, they wouldn't honor what they even put in writing so i don't want to be a part of a program that doesn't honor their word have deceptive business practices or operate with integrity. Resolution Sought Give me my 2000 back so i can get in the right program. I can't speak for anyone else but my experience has been much less than expected.
