Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. My problem I took my car to get alarm after I got the alarm my battery went dead also my locks was going up and down day and night I took my car back to Pacific Audio they told me it's nothing they can do not there fault I took my car to A&E auto repair I was told that Pacific Auto put other alarm on my it was wrong because it had alarm on it already I had to get my car fix I tried to return the alarm to Pacific Audio the person who put the alarm on knew it was an alarm in my car they refuse to take the alarm back and want give me my money back. Please help me, thank you. Resolution Sought Give me my money back and be honest with there customer Pacific Auto should have been honest and told me it was alarm already in the car. They wanted to make the money instead of being honest they also should pay me for the Repair I had to pay and a refund for the alarm Thank You
