I never got my package and they aren't giving me a refund I've asked multiple times and at this point they're not even replying anymore. I'm financially struggling so every amount of money I spend on fishing gear that I don't even get in the mail is quite a hit below the belt. Resolution Sought I need a total refund ASAP.
