I requested a re-issued check of 106.19, for a check that had not been cashed, dated 3/24/21. However, my mother died on 8/11/21, and now they are saying that they could not reissue check, but with effort I was able to send all required information for the check to be reissued. I have many numerous calls to check on status and each time was told a different story. As of today, Alashia, explained that the information is sent to the processor and legal team. I asked to get a number for them, but she stated there is no way to contact them. It has been a year since I have been dealing with this. I will also be making complaint to BBB. Resolution Sought To get the check reissued to me.

They stopped my husband annuity after he died. They have supposed to have sent me so me forms to sign but as I was put on hold another lady answer who was very we got argued the First Lady that answer the phone was to send me papers to sign but they never sent them. After that they dropped my husband annuity's payments and hang up to finish. Send me the papers to sign. Resolution Sought Finish up what started about his annuity's payment that was bad services.
