On 08-18-2023 , I went to this clinic to take an ED treatment , trying to get the help to my problem. Agreed to the medical nn invasive procedure and payment method. Put 2 down payment of 500.00 dlls . , and arrive for the first treatment. After the initial information and preparation process , A " technician " ask me to take pants and underwear off and had me sat on a pregnant women check type of chair. I felt so bad and embarrassed to be in such position ,open legs and exposing my intimate part. ( Anus ) . This technician then proceeded to rub my penis with gel, apply the waves frequencies to the base of my pens. Right after , the technician took off his gloves and started rubbing my pens and testicles with bare hands in a masturbation action. He ask me if I was having a " hard on " . I responded that I was not feeling comfortable and I was so embarrassed and offended by him not using gloves and being sat in such position that I mentioned. And I would never have an election with him masturbating me. I told him that they assure me it was a NON INVASIVE procedure . They clarify that in writing and even use it to advertise. So I felt so humiliated and told him I wanted him to stop. And assure him that was sooo wrong and invasive. He stopped ,said "I'm sorry". I've got dressed and walked out of that place. He ask me if I wanted to come back and finish the treatment. I said : "I don't think so ". I never answered their calls ,e mails or show up Resolution Sought I want people to know my experience in that clinic. I want the director to know that they abused my intimacy, they disrespected me, abused my kindness and destroyed my vulnerability until now. I lost my remaining confidence of resolving my health issue. After a lot of thought I think they damaged my right of being respected as a human being.
